Yvette Bonfiglio of Monmouth Beach woke up one morning more than a year ago with a mission: to help The Ashley Lauren Foundation, which since 2005 has provided financial assistance, emotional support, and more to families whose children have been stricken with cancer. They made the menu simple, with a few specialty items, made them with wholesome ingredients and added a full bar, Italian and domestic wines, beer and signature Sangria. In May 2011 at 515 Route 70 in Brick Township, the rustic restaurant began to reinvent standards for pizza in New Jersey. [Read more...]

Tommy’s Coal Fired Pizza in Red Bank – Jersey Bites Article

Jersey-Bites

January evening, I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Tommy’s Coal Fired Pizza in the Galleria in Red Bank. Once a uniform button factory, the space has now been transformed into a unique Italian eatery with the warmth of a 1200 degree oven and the smell of charcoal and fresh baked pizza!
